Feeling humid, sweaty and hot now!! It's been 20 over celcius here in Cardiff for the past 2 days...and that is hot for us here!! Yea, nothing like the heat back in KL, my mum says it's about 36-39 celcius back home!! Arrgghh.....dunno how I am gonna cope with the heat when I get back to M'sia. Surely I will suffer weather-shock cos haven't been home for the past 9 months. My body is acclimatised to the weather here and I prefer it here, cool but sunny.

Been out yesterday to get stuff from town, again, it was scorching by UK standards....but nice cos can wear thin clothes for a change and no need to lug a jacket along....welcomed change for sure! =) Had tea at a side-walk cafe with friends, kinda nice and wished that my exams are over and so can spend hours sitting outside enjoying a cup of tea, watch people pass by, chat with friends or read a magazine....*sigh* now have to spend a few more days revising SOGA!! I think my exams is one of the last few, the latest I have known is about 4th June but mine is 7th!!! Pros and cons, more time to study, but less time to have fun. Depends on how you look at it.

Today at about noon, was irritated by a bunch of girls with 3 kids running around, shouting and laughing below at the garden. Can hear them so loudly and I bet they disrupted those who were studying...like ME!! So tempted to ask them to shut up and go have their picnic elsewhere eg. proper places like Bute Park or Alexandria Gardens.....Aberdare is a residential place and the small garden below is NOT a proper place to have picnic esp. when there are students still studying for the EXAMS!! Why can't they be considerate? I mean, they may have finished their exams, but that doesn't justify them disturbing other ppl. Would they like it if ppl made noise and disturbed them when they are studying?? Sheesh! What inconsiderate people!! And they were there for about one hour....., kids screaming, shrieking and running around......the adults are worse cos they don't even tell them to keep it low but allowed them to run around at their whim and fancy. Irresponsible adults I should say, their kids will turn out like them: inconsiderate and rude!! Plus, I don't think I have seen those ppl before here, maybe they are not living here! So treating a private place as a public place to have their picnic! Trespass I would say! OFF WITH THEIR HEADS! *chuckles* hehehe.....yes, cruel huh?

It's getting very hot these days...my room is so warm and stuffy that even when I open my windows really wide, it doesn't help. So Summer is finally here!

Just had my dinner downstairs. Today had raspberry chessecake for dessert! Hmm...yummy. Had to endure the constant chatterings of this girl who lives on another floor. She's just going on and on, talking non-stop, until another friend asked her whether she gets tired of talking! Well, of course in a joking way...and the other girl just shut up for a while, dunno whether she was annoyed but then I think she took it as a joke. Then later on she continued yapping again....why are some people so cheerful? I mean maybe we are all stressed cos of exams....so there's nothing much to talk about. For myself, I don't see myself clicking very well in their topics. Usually they talk about topics that relate to them personally, so I feel that if I comment, it would be inappropriate. And other times I find their topic plain boring and superficial. I usually have my dinner and then leave after a while....don't see much point hanging around, wasting my time talking nonsense to them. It's not like thay have very interesting things to say, so I just listen and laugh when I find it funny. Although I usually speak more to Judy, cos I find her nice and we have things in common to talk about. Hope I get more interesing floormates next year....and hopefully they are nice friendly people as well.

Another thing is also that I can't stand a certain girl, well, merely an acquaintance, not very close....just can't stand the way she talks I think. But there's something which irritates me after a while. It's like a torn in my flesh....I mean, I can force myself to be with her but if I had a choice, I'd rather not be with her....maybe it's also her reaction to things which I can't stand and also the lack of sensibility in her. I know we are not supposed to hate anyone....I don't hate her but just that I'd prefer not to be with her.....it's like after a while she gets on my nerves....

Well, enough of my comments....will get back to work now after listening to a song from F4!! hehehe....=) Need to have something to soothe my nerves!

Ooohhh.....just had 2 pieces of sinfully delicious Belgian chocolates, haha....Aki, NOT Godiva's though......it's a Christmas present from my floormate, Judy. She's so nice, gave me a small pack of chocolates for Christmas! hahaha.....don't know how I have kept it uneaten in my room! Hmmm, great display of willpower, today saw it there and decided to eat it up before it goes spoilt. And they are, hmm, delicious. Had one white chocolate (my fav!!) with hazelnut praline and biscuit bits and one kinda special chocolate: whole cherry dipped in kirsch and chocolate. Well, will save the few more for tomorrow....if I can restrain myself from eating the rest today! =P *grins mischievously*

Feeling kinda warm with the sun streaming into my room....some people are picnicking below at the garden my room is facing, they are talking quite loudly and can hear mobiles ringing away....but anyway, not too irritated by them though. Still bearable....*sigh*, stuck in my room forcing myself to read up Duties of Seller for my SOGA! Boring....!! I know!! But what to do...have to study! *grimaces*

Had my fav mushroom soup for lunch just now, it's been a long time since I had it....so was very satisfying. Other than that, nothing much.....oh yea, been listening to F4 songs and surprisingly I love them! I never thought I would like their songs, but now am kinda hooked to them, cos they sing lots of ballads and their voices are really good! They are like the Westlife of the East! hehe....yea, dreamy songs they sang for the series Meteor Garden. Their album "Meteor Rain" is really nice, their Fantasy F4 album is whimsically and fantasy-like, makes me think that I am in a dreamland, flying away with they songs to my castle! haha.....yea, a bit dramatic but the songs are nice. Last time I had a prejudice against them cos I thought that such boy bands are rubbish. Just using their looks to attract female fans....but now, I have a different perception of them. Their songs are very soothing and some are so sentimental and romantic. Well, goes to show that you can't judge a book by its cover. And I find Ken Zhu kinda decent-looking and cute.....plus his English is perfect! Ok....have to admit, I am easily attracted by Chinese actor/singer who is fluent in English....eg. Lee Hom and Fei Xiang....plus others like Michael and Russell Wong. Dunno why but I admire them cos they can speak so well in both Mandarin and English.....also cos they are like a fusion of East and West, which makes them unique. I mean they can be speaking in Mandarin and suddenly stun you with their perfect immaculate English and their charming looks.....*sigh* yes, sucker for these ppl, esp. Lee Hom! Well, and I find that I can improve my Mandarin after listening to more Chinese songs....which is good as I always wanted to improve my Mandarin.

Time to go back to SOGA.....while enjoying the sunshine!

Started studying SOGA seriously...hopefully I can cover the topics quickly and understand them. *sigh* 2 more weeks to go before finally finishing my exams....gotta be patient! Sunny day today....hopefully, this sunny spell will last and be the start of summer...can't wait for the warm weather.

Didn't do much today, went library and then back home and did work. Have to force myself to concentrate and not be lazy. Hmmm.....nothing else to say for today. Ciao!

Today was very tempted to buy a cute , small, dog soft toy....it's very soft (feels like those soft towels) and cute!! Has beans in it and lies flat, it was like looking longingly at me with it's eyes. And it was on offer, so was quite cheap...But then I didn't buy it cos I thought that I would have too many stuffed dogs!! *sigh* It was a nice and sunny day today, went to town to buy some stuff from Clintons, then did a bit of window shopping and bought groceries from Sainsbury, they had a football match today again! And there were so many buses parked plus policemen keeping watch.

Have to start seriously studying my SOGA! Am feeling lazy but then have to jump-start myself to get into studying mood....been loafing around for a week already.

Watched Matrix Reloaded ...been anticipating it for quite some time. A lot of people who watched it didn't understand it and also didn't quite like it. However, I found the show quite nice, unique and different. It takes a lot of understanding to get what it is trying to tell you and you have to shed your normal sense of rationality to understand it. If not you will find it quite fake and boring. Some found the actions very fake cos the fighting scenes were like those computer games actions and some could not accept that. If you could compromise that point then I think the show is quite nice. Sad thing is that we have to wait for the third film to know the conclusion, the movie ended hanging in the air and this is what I dislike most about movies, no ending....at least even for the second part there should be a substantive conclusion, but no, we have to wait for the next Matrix.

Best part I liked was the part where Neo meets the architect of Matrix and many questions were answered. Explained why he was The One. And also loved the scene where Neo fought with the millions of Agent Smiths. The chasing scenes on the highway with the Virus Twins was also cool! Anyway, for those who have not watched it, I think you should go, but don't guarantee that you will like it. Aki, you all watched rite? How did you all find it?
